Don’t let vision problems get in the way of a successful school year! Here’s why you should get your kids’ eyes checked before their first day: 📚 Poor vision interferes with students' ability to focus in the classroom and succeed in activities outside of school, such as sports. This can hurt kids' grades and confidence. 🖍 Eye screenings done at school are not enough! These will only catch kids with severe vision problems and do not consider the overall health of their eyes. An eye exam conducted by an optometrist will identify all vision issues and health concerns. 💻 Today's students do most of their learning through a computer screen. An updated prescription and blue light-filtering lenses minimize eye strain and reduce the risk of vision problems caused by so much screen time.
